sets forth our policies regarding our use and protection of your

Section I: Collection and Use of Information
During the course of business, and
to provide you with information on products and services that may
be of interest to you, we may collect personal information that
may be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone
number and email address. We may also collect financial information
such as passwords, credit and debit card numbers and bank and other
financial institution account numbers. We may use your financial

and similar programs in which you may elect to participate.
On the Site, we place links to other
web sites operated by other parties. Some of these other web sites
contain our brand names, as well as that of our parent company,
First Financial Credit Union. When you click on these links and
visit these other web sites, regardless of whether or not they contain
our brand names, please be aware that we do not control these other
web sites or these web sites’ business practices, and that
this privacy policy does not pertain to these other web sites. Consequently,
these other web sites may collect different kinds of information
about you and may use and disclose that information in ways different
from those collected on the Site. These third parties may use your
personal information to contact you and may share your personal
information with others. This Site cannot be responsible or liable
for any actions or omissions made by third parties.
Section II: Sharing Information with Third Parties
By making a purchase, or engaging in
any other kind of activity that uses financial information on the
Site, we may provide your financial information to our service providers
and to such third parties we determine is necessary to process your
transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes.
These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking

in programs offered on the Site that are administered by third parties
and that require you to submit financial information in order to
use them, we may also share your financial information with those
third parties. Any of these various third parties are authorized
to use your financial information in accordance with our contractual
arrangements and joint marketing agreements with such third parties.
Before entering into relationships with such entities, we require
them to agree to safeguard our consumers’ information and
to comply with all applicable privacy laws.
There are several types of third parties
with whom we may share your information. We may disclose non-public
personal information about you to the following types of affiliated
and non-affiliated third parties:
A) Financial service providers, such
as financial and banking institutions, insurance companies, insurance
agents and brokers; and;
B) Non financial companies, such as retailers, direct marketers,
airlines, and publishers.
We may also disclose non-public personal
information about you to non-affiliated third parties not described
above, as permitted by law.
Section IV: Security
of Information
We restrict access to non-public personal
information about you to those employees who need to know that information
to provide products or services to you. Our employees access information
about you when needed to administer your accounts, to provide requested
services, or in response to a legally valid outside request or order
(such as a subpoena). Our employees may also access information
to exercise our rights under the law or pursuant to any agreement
with you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal
information. We also continually update and assess our systems to
improve our technology for protecting information. The Site has
security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control. We encrypt all
of your personal and financial information as it travels over the
Internet and we store your information on our servers in encrypted
form.

Section VI: Changes to Our Policy
We reserve the right to revise our
policy as our business needs change or as the law requires. Each
time you visit the Site or provide us with information, by doing
so, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy
at that time.
Section VII: Your Right to Opt Out of Information Sharing with
Certain Non-affiliated Third Parties
